Alvin Wayne Powell

Mr. Alvin Wayne Powell, 58, of Lancaster passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born December 1, 1956 in Lake City, SC, a son of the late Francis Powell and Mildred Juanita Springs Powell.A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Powell will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 10 am at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Hayes and Chaplin Adam Wright officiating. Burial will be private.Mr. Powell is survived by his wife, Vickie Wallace Powell of Lancaster; three sons, Phillip Powell of Richburg, Kevin Bailey and his wife Jennifer and Robert Bailey all of Lancaster; two brothers, Aaron Powell and his wife Ann and Orren Powell and his wife Aline all of Lancaster; a sister, Juanita Flynn and her husband Lonnie of Lancaster; and five grandchildren.
